Overview

Many adults learn best with hands-on training. When Subaru Canada needed to teach dealership personnel about a new vehicle infotainment system, we helped them develop a virtual hands-on tool using interactive video. The project involved three elements: adding interactive pop ups and new content to an existing library of video assets; developing an interactive orientation from the perspective of the driver’s seat, and scenario-based role training using interactive choices. They liked the experience so much, it moved from a dealership training tool to a public facing tool for consumers on the Subaru.ca website.
